DID YOU KNOW?
DOGS SLEEP AND REST FOR UP TO 18 HOURS A DAY
Your dog spends most of its life resting. Reason enough to make this important place as high-quality and healthy as possible. We have studied the sleeping habits of our four-legged friends intensively and combined orthopedic precision with cozy materials.
The result is a retreat that balances perfect joint relief for your darling with timeless design for your shared home.
Because if anyone deserves the best place to sleep in the world, it’s your dog.
What does HYGGE actually mean?
The Danish term Hygge [ˈhygə] describes far more than just coziness. It is the art of creating an atmosphere of deep security and harmony for you and your beloved pet. It is about finding happiness in the little moments – while relaxing, cuddling, and enjoying time together.
We have translated exactly this attitude toward life into our orthopedic dog bed. We combine health-focused precision with the warmth of a home. And that is precisely why there is no more fitting name for us than Hyggebed.
Now with improved filling for an even more restful dog sleep
HYGGE-FILL®: OUR MASTERPIECE.
★ The heart of the original: Our newly developed, exclusive Hygge-Fill® technology combines thousands of ultra-soft visco-flakes with innovative PUR air-cell sticks and 3D climate fibers. The result is maximum physical regeneration during every resting phase.
★ Exclusive to the original: Our unique Hygge-Fill® technology is the result of years of development and can be found only here in your Hyggebed.
★ Orthopedic perfection: The filling provides pressure relief, is breathable, and is allergy-friendly. It adapts precisely to your dog's body contour and thus unfolds its full effect – for noticeable relief of the spine and joints.
★ Restful sleep: Hygge-Fill® is completely quiet. No rustling, no crackling – just deep, undisturbed sleep like on cloud nine.
Maximum spinal relief
The Hyggebed® provides precise support for your dog's body and ensures anatomically correct spinal alignment.
Active relief for joints & pressure points
The Hygge-Fill® filling, specially tailored to dogs, minimizes contact pressure while lying down. This effectively protects sensitive areas of skin from pressure sores – for deep, carefree sleep and pure regeneration.
The expert choice for HD, ED, arthritis, and spondylosis
Designed for noticeable relief and maximum sleeping comfort. A true blessing for seniors who need more support and stability when getting up pain-free, and valuable, joint-friendly preventative care for young dogs.
ORTHOPEDIC PERFECTION IN EVERY SIZE
From the smallest furry friend to the gentle giant – we offer orthopedic sleeping comfort in every size, uncompromising and perfectly fitted.

Dimensionally stable
THE HYGGEBED KEEPS ITS SHAPE
★ Our orthopedic Hygge-Fill® filling is permanently elastic and dimensionally stable. It does not form hollows, does not flatten out, and reliably returns to its original shape after every nap.
★ Our iconic donut and bagel shape is the centerpiece of our dog bed/dog cushion design. Your dog can lie comfortably in the middle and rest their head on the edge, curl up, or stretch out completely after a long walk.
For every dog and every home
★ From mini to XXL: Whether a little adventurer or a gentle giant – we have the perfect Hyggebed® for your darling. Choose from five sizes to find exactly the space your dog needs for total relaxation.
★ Three exclusive color worlds: Inspired by modern interior aesthetics. Choose between the timeless IVORY, the elegant STONE, or the warm, characterful MAROON. Colors that not only please your dog but also fit perfectly into your home.
All-season comfort for your pet
Cool in summer, cozy in winter
The original Hyggebed® is protected by copyright and design rights. With its unique combination of ultra-soft long-pile fabric and a cool short-pile side, it perfectly adapts to your dog's needs. Cool in summer, cozy and warm in winter – for the ideal sleeping climate all year round.

Hygge
Individually handcrafted with love just for you
We are proud of this!
Every Hyggebed is a unique piece, crafted with great attention to detail and passion using traditional artisan techniques in our workshop in Germany.
Of course, we could produce in the Far East or other low-wage countries – but we don't want to! We are convinced that investing properly once is more sensible than being annoyed by "cheap" quality.
We love dogs and want to offer our two- and four-legged customers only the very best products – with high-quality materials, impeccable workmanship - designed & handmade in Germany.
