If your dog is not convinced after 100 nights: No problem. We will take back the Hyggebed and refund you the full purchase price.

The 100-day trial sleep begins on the delivery date and applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty claims.
Hygienically perfect condition:
The Hyggebed must be in a clean condition – free from stains, dog hair, and odors. Tip: Use your own blanket for the trial period. This protects the fabric and helps your dog acclimate with the familiar scent.
Please do not wash:
Please do not wash the Hyggebed yourself before any potential return.
First order:
The extended trial period applies once per customer.
No discount returns:
Returns for the purpose of a subsequent discount are excluded.
Size change:
The trial period is not for subsequent size exchange. Before purchasing, feel free to use our size guide or consult our customer service.
Return shipping costs:
The buyer bears the costs for return shipping.
Cleaning Fee:
Should professional cleaning or reconditioning be required due to dirt, hair, or odors, a flat fee of €150.00 will be charged.
Damage:
If the Hyggebed is returned damaged (e.g., tears or holes), we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or withhold the full purchase price.
