1. Provide order or invoice number

Please include your order or invoice number with your return – informally, e.g., handwritten or as a copy of the invoice.

This is the only way we can clearly assign your return and process a refund.

2. Pack items securely

Please pack your items carefully so that they arrive undamaged – ideally, as you received them.

3. Ship package

Please send your package insured to our returns address. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

This ensures everything arrives safely and we can refund your money quickly and easily.

We want you to be able to try out your order at home at your leisure and feel completely comfortable with it.

For the Hyggebed, we offer you 100 nights of risk-free trial sleeping.
You can find out more HERE.

You can return hygge accessories to us within 14 days – but only if the items are unused. Please handle your items with care so that they remain in perfect condition.

Please ensure that:

• all labels are still attached to the goods
• the items are returned in or with their original packaging
• everything arrives with us complete and unused

Of course, you are welcome to open the packaging to inspect or briefly test your product. As long as the packaging is undamaged and included, this is perfectly fine.

Please understand that we can only refund the full purchase amount if the items are in perfect condition. If the value is diminished due to use, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 5 working days using the same payment method you used for your order – provided everything is in order.
